CHICKEN SALAD 
2 chicken breasts, well cooked
2 1/2 c. cooked white rice
1 c. diced celery
3 slices bacon, cooked crisp, crumbled
1 c. mayonnaise
1 bottle chutney relish
1 sm. can mandarin oranges
1/2 tsp. curry powder

Mix above ingredients with the mayonnaise; add a small amount of slivered almonds and coconut. Serve with hot buttered rolls. Serves 6-8 people.
