1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 1/4 c. nuts
2 mashed bananas
1 apple, diced fine
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
