CHICKEN TORTILLA CASSEROLE 
8 chicken breasts
3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
3/4 lb. Jack cheese, grated
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 onion, chopped
1 doz. corn tortillas (cut in 1" pieces)
1 c. milk
1 c. sour cream
1 can (7 oz.) Ortega green chili salsa

Bake chicken for 1 hour in foil at 300 degrees; debone and cut up. Mix milk, soups, sour cream, onion and salsa. Layer this mixture with chicken, tortillas and cheese in buttered casserole pan. Fills 9 x 13 inch glass pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
