CHILI BRAVO 
1 (15 oz.) can Hormel chili no beans
1 (6 oz.) can vegetable juice
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 c. frozen vegetables, thawed, drained
4 c. cooked rice

In large saucepan, combine chili, vegetable juice, and onion; cook 5 minutes over medium heat. Stir in mixed vegetables. Cover; simmer an additional 4 minutes. Serve over rice. Serves 4.
