1 pkg. pistachio pudding mix
1 (#2) crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. miniature marshmallows (very fresh)

DO NOT BEAT. Fold as following, very quickly as this thickens fast! Put pudding in bowl, fold in pineapple with juice well, add Cool Whip, folding rapidly, then marshmallows. Refrigerate to set well. May be doubled. Add cherries for more color and the Christmas season.
