CHEWY NO-CHOLESTEROL BROWNIES 
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
1/4 c. corn oil butter
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
2 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Non-stick cooking spray

Melt the butter in a large bowl. Add all other ingredients except walnuts. Mix well. Stir in walnuts. Spread out batter evenly in an 8 x 8 x 2 inch metal pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until just done. The middle portion should still be soft. Cool before cutting into 2 inch squares. Serves 16.
