SALMON LOAF 
1 can salmon, save juice
2 egg yolks, beaten (save egg whites)
10 or 12 cracker crumbs (Saltines)
1/4 c. milk
4 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix together including juice from salmon. Add 2 egg whites stiffly beaten and fold in. Bake 30 minutes until done at 350 degrees.
