Apples
Cinnamon and sugar

CRUMB MIXTURE:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg

Line a cake pan or pie plate with apples and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Mix crumb mixture with fork. Spread over apples and bake about 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
