SHRIMP IN SOUR CREAM 
1 lb. headed and deveined shrimp
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. diced onion
4 c. cooked rice

Cook shrimp and onions in butter until onions are clear. Add soup and sour cream. Serve over rice with sprig of parsley. Serves 2-4.
