MEATBALLS WITH SAUERKRAUT 
MEATBALLS:

2 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
3 eggs
1 c. oatmeal
Salt
Pepper

SAUCE:

15-16 oz. tomato sauce
16 oz. sauerkraut
16 oz. cranberry sauce with berries
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. water

Mix and shape meatballs (about 28 meatballs, 1/3 cup each). Mix sauce and pour over meatballs in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
