HAM 'N MANDARIN SALAD 
2 c. finely cubed ham
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1/3 c. chopped green onion
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections, drained
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. mayo or salad dressing
2 tbsp. light cream
1 tbsp. vinegar

Combine ham, celery, onions, walnuts and orange segments in a bowl. Cover and chill.

Just before serving, pour dressing over ham. Toss.
