PERSIMMON CREAM PIE 
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. honey
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. milk or cream
1 c. persimmon pulp
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. lemon juice

Mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell.

Bake in 350°F oven about 35 to 45 minutes.
