BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
3 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1/4 c. chopped onion
6 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. water
1 sm. (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
3 beaten eggs
1/2 c. cracker crumbs (buttered)

Cook broccoli and drain well. Saute onion in 4 tablespoons of butter. Add flour and water, stirring well and until thick. Add Cheez Whiz. Pour over broccoli, add eggs, and mix well. Sprinkle 1/2 cup cracker crumbs over the top of casserole and dot with remaining 2 tablespoons butter. Bake at 325 degrees for about 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
