ORIENTAL WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
2 c. wild rice, uncooked
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 1/2 c. beef broth
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
3 tbsp. soy sauce
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook wild rice about 10 minutes. Drain. In skillet, saute celery, onion, green pepper in butter until tender. Remove from skillet. Brown hamburger in same skillet; drain. Add mushrooms, soup, broth, soy sauce, vegetables and wild rice; mix well. Season to taste. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. If casserole seems dry add more broth.
