SOUR CREAM NOODLE SOUP 
3 or 4 c. uncooked noodles
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 tsp. salt or to taste
1/2 tsp. pepper or to taste
1 tbsp. butter
1 can Carnation milk
1 can tomato

Bring to boil 8 cups of water. Add noodles, cook until noodles are done; do not drain. Add 1 can of Carnation milk, salt, pepper, butter; let simmer for 25 minutes. Serves 4-6. After serving, add 1 or 2 tomatoes, if desired.
