CAULIFLOWER, BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 med. head cauliflower
1 bunch fresh broccoli flowerets
1 c. sliced radishes
1 med. red onion or 3/4 c. sliced green onion
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
3/4-1 c. commercial sour cream
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. caraway seeds
1 (0.37 oz.) pkg. buttermilk salad dressing mix

Wash cauliflower and broccoli and break into flowerets. Combine cauliflower, broccoli, radishes, onion and water chestnuts in a mixing bowl; toss gently. Stir together remaining ingredients; pour over vegetables and stir well. Cover and chill before serving. Yields 6-8 servings.
