BERTS FAVORITE EASTER PIE 
3 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 egg
2 lbs. sweet Italian sausage
1/2 lb. brick cheese
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
12 eggs

Make crust from 3 1/2 cups Bisquick, 1 egg and enough water to hold together to form a ball. Roll to fit 9 x 13 Pyrex dish. Brown 2 lbs. sweet Italian sausage. Set aside. Beat 12 eggs add cheese and sausage. Pour into crust. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
