CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE 
3 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
3 beaten eggs
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 rolls (20 oz.) refrigerator chocolate chips cookie dough

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together well the cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla extract; set aside. Slice cookie dough rolls into 1/3 inch slices. Place slices of one roll into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish; press dough together to cover the bottom of the dish. Spoon cream cheese mixture evenly over dough and top with slices of the remaining package of cookie dough.

Bake for 45 minutes and center if slightly firm. Remove from oven, let cool, then refrigerator. Slice when completely cool.
