HOT PEPPER CORN BREAD 
1 1/2 c. self-rising meal
1 egg
3/4 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. creamed corn
3 to 4 hot peppers, diced very fine
1/2 onion
3/4 c. shredded long horn cheese

Mix all ingredients and bake in a well greased meal covered skillet at 450 degrees until golden brown.
