3/4 - 1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
6-7 tart apples
Pastry for 2 crust 9 inch pie

Mix apples with dry ingredients. Place in pastry lined pie plate. Dot with 2 tablespoons butter and top with 2nd crust. Bake 50 minutes, 375 degrees.
