1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. butter, softened
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. chocolate bits

Mix together the oil, sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla. Mix together the flour, baking powder, cocoa, baking soda and cinnamon and add to the first mixture. Mix together the zucchini and nuts and add. Place in a lightly greased 9 x 13 pan and sprinkle the chocolate bits over the top.

Bake in a 350°F oven for 40-45 minutes.
