CHICKEN LA SALLA | |
4 boned chicken breast fillets 2 eggs, beaten Salt & pepper Plain bread crumbs in plate or platter. Dip chicken in beaten eggs. Mash into bread crumbs on both sides. Melt butter in large skillet and brown chicken on both sides. Reduce heat to simmer. Add 1 cup of La Scalla wine or any wine or your choice. |
