BEEF CHOWDER 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 c. diced potatoes
1 (17 oz.) can cream style corn
1 c. diced carrots
4 bouillon cubes, dissolved in 2 c. hot water
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Brown onion and beef together; drain excess grease. Transfer to crockpot. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on high 3-4 hours. Stir before serving. Pass grated cheese to sprinkle on top.
