PEAR HONEY 
5 lb. Kieffer pears
10 c. sugar
2 c. crushed pineapple

Peel pears, remove hard core and discard. Put pears through food grinder, using coarse blade. Combine fruit, sugar and pineapple; cook until the mixture is thick and clear. Pour into hot jars and seal or cover with paraffin. Makes 7 pints.
