SWEET AND SOUR VEGETABLE SALAD 
2 cans French style beans, drained
1 can small peas, drained
1 can shoepeg corn, drained
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 small jar of pimentos
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 can diced water chestnuts, drained
1/2 cup chopped celery

Dressing:

3/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp salt
Pepper, to taste
3/4 cup sugar

Mix all ingredients. Pour dressing over ingredients and mix together. Refrigerate several hours to blend or overnight.
