BISHOP'S BREAD 
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. walnuts
1/2 c. Brazil nuts
1/2 c. dates
1/2 bar Baker's sweet chocolate
1 sm. bottle maraschino cherries & pieces

Beat egg. Add sugar, flour and baking powder. Add all fruit and nuts whole. Do not cut. Cut chocolate in large chunks and add to mixture. Pour into a deep loaf pan, greased well. Bake in 300 degree oven for 1 hour and 25 minutes. Slice thin and serve with butter.

NOTE: Don't beat egg a lot.
