SCALLOP CASSEROLE 
1 lb. scallops
2 slices bread, grated into crumbs
1 sleeve Ritz cracker crumbs
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. cream

Cut the scallops into quarters. Place 1/2 pound of scallops in a loaf pan. Cover with the bread crumbs. Add the remainder of the scallops. Pour 1 cup of cream over the top. Mix together the Ritz crumbs and the melted butter. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
