EASY CHEESE CAKE 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 pt. whipping cream
3/4-1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2-3 pkg. soft lady fingers
1 can pie filling

Line 8 inch springform pan with lady fingers, flat side facing in, sides and bottom. Beat cream cheese with few drops of milk until creamy. Add sugar and vanilla.

In separate bowl whip cream. Fold into cheese mixture carefully and thoroughly. Pour 1/2 of mixture into pan top with lady fingers. Pour remainder of mixture on top. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Top with pie filling. Remove outside of springform pan and serve. Enjoy!
