WHOLE WHEAT YEAST ROLLS 
2 pkg. dry yeast (1 tbsp.)
2 c. blood warm water (like bottled milk to wrist)
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
4 c. white flour
3 c. whole wheat flour

Mix first 5 ingredients in order given, then add 3 cups flour. Mix well and add rest 1 cup at a time. Knead 10 minutes; use oil to keep from sticking. Put in greased bowl; let rise until doubled, 2-3 hours. The more you let rise, the lighter it is.

Punch down and make into 2 loaves and one pan of rolls, or all rolls. Let rise 1 hour or more. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in greased pans.
