SWEET AND SOUR VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 sm. can tiny early June peas, drained
1 sm. can white shoe peg corn, drained
1 sm. can Blue Lake cut green beans, drained
1 sm. can pimentos, cut fine (optional)
1 c. celery, cut fine
3/4 c. green onions, sliced fine

SYRUP:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 tbsp. water
3/4 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. salt
Pepper

Boil syrup mixture 5 minutes and cool. Pour over vegetables. Marinate overnight.
