CHOCOLATE GOODY 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1 stick butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8x13 inch Pyrex dish with Pam. Melt butter and mix with flour and pecans. Press firmly into pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes and remove from oven; let cool.

PUDDING LAYER:

1 box Jello instant chocolate pudding mix (sm.)
1 box Jello instant vanilla pudding mix (sm.)
3 c. milk

Mix with hand mixer and pour over crust.

FILLING:

1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 tub lg. Cool Whip

Cream sugar and cheese. Fold in Cool Whip and spread over pudding layer.

TOP LAYER:

Repeat pudding layer and pour over filling.

TOPPING:

Spread remainder Cool Whip on top of final pudding layer and chill.
