CRUSTLESS APPLE PIE 
Enough apples for 1 pie
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick butter
1 c. flour, sifted
1/2 c. light brown sugar

Butter glass pie pan. Peel and slice apples. Mix white sugar and cinnamon and pour over apples. Mix butter, flour and brown sugar (mixture will be lumpy). Pour over apples and bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
