GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST | |
20 or more graham crackers 1/4 c. butter at room temperature 1/2 c. sugar Roll crackers to fine, even crumbs. Pour crumbs into bowl. Add soft butter and sugar. Blend these ingredients well. Pour mixture into pie pan; press firmly to make an even layer of crumbs on bottom and sides. Put into freezer to get firm before using. 1 crust. |
