PECAN TASSIES 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 c. flour

Mix flour with cream cheese and butter forming a soft dough. Chill about 1 hour and divide into 24 well greased mini-muffin tins - pressing dough up sides and into bottoms.

FILLING:

1 c. chopped pecans
1 egg
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix filling ingredients except pecans. Put about 1 teaspoon pecans into crust and fill with filling. Bake 25 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool 10 minutes and remove from pans. These freeze very well.
