BOHEMIAN PRUNE KOLAHCES 
1 cake yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
3 1/2 c. scalded milk
4 c. flour

(Make sponge of yeast.) Combine all ingredients. Let rise until light and add: 2 beaten eggs 1/2 c. melted butter 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 5 c. flour

Beat dough with big spoon. Do not knead until after rising. Let rise to double in bulk.

FILLING:

2 c. chopped stewed prunes
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. lemon extract

Combine and cook until thick.

Roll dough on board to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut in 3 or 4 inch squares. Put teaspoon full of filling in each square. Pull opposite corners together and seal edges. Let rise until light. Bake at 350 degrees until done or brown.
