TURKEY CANOES 
6 boneless turkey breast pieces
2 beaten eggs
1-2 c. bread crumbs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can milk (rinse out soup can)
6 slices Velveeta

Dip the turkey pieces in the beaten egg and then roll in bread crumbs. Place in a greased baking dish and bake, covered for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and place 1 cheese slice on each piece of turkey. Then pour combined soup and milk over cheese. Cover and bake 1/2 hour to 45 minutes longer or until turkey is done. Serves 6.
