SMORES 
2/3 c. light Karo
2 tbsp. butter
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
8 c. Golden Graham cereal
3 c. mini-marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped nuts, if desired

Butter a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Heat butter and syrup to boiling. Remove from heat -- stir in chocolate and vanilla to melt. Pour over the cereal in bowl. Toss and fold in marshmallows. Press evenly in pan with the back of large spoon. Set for 1 hour. Cut in squares. Makes 48.
