CHICKEN WRAPPED IN BACON | |
4 chicken breasts, boned and split Bacon strips for each piece 1 c. sour cream 1 can mushroom soup 4 oz. pack dried beef Wrap each piece of chicken in a strip of bacon. Combine sour cream and mushroom soup in a separate bowl. Line the sides and cover the bottom of a baking dish with dried beef. Place chicken in the baking dish and pour the soup - sour cream mixture on top. Bake at 300 degrees for 2 to 3 hours. This can be covered until the last 30 minutes when it should be lightly browned. |
