PINEAPPLE CAKE | |
2 c. self-rising flour 1 lg. can crushed pineapple with juice 1 1/2 c. sugar Mix in order given. Pour in a 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1 cup chopped pecans and bake about 40 minutes at 350 degrees. ICING: 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. condensed milk 1 1/2 sticks butter Boil 1 minute. Add 1 cup coconut and 1 teaspoon vanilla and pour over cake. |
