LIME JELLO SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. nuts (optional)

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add the juice form the can of pineapple. Chill until thickened. Beat until frothy. Fold in the rest of the ingredients. Chill until firm.
