BAKED TERIYAKI CHICKEN | |
Chicken (3 to 4 lb.), cut in pieces MARINADE: 2/3 c. soy sauce 6 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. MSG 2 cloves garlic, crushed Small ginger root (1 1/2 inch size), crushed 1 tbsp. salad oil Marinate chicken pieces overnight. Place chicken in a baking dish. Bake 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour or until done. Turn occasionally for even browning. |
