CALIFORNIA TACOS 
1 med. roast
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. cumin
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
12 tortilla shells
Cheddar cheese

Cut roast into small squares. Place in pressure cooker. Add half of the garlic, cumin, chili powder, onion powder, salt and pepper into pressure cooker. Cook according to directions of the pressure cooker. Place roast in a skillet. Add whole tomatoes, remaining spices and 1/2 cup of the juice from the pressure cooker. Cook juice down. Meat will eventually shred. Shred cheese. Place meat mixture into a tortilla shell with cheese. Roll and serve. Makes approximately a dozen.
