BAR-B-QUED RIBS 
3-4 lbs. spare ribs
2 tsp. liquid smoke
1 c. catsup
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
2 c. water
1 tsp. celery seed

Put ribs in roaster. Sprinkle with liquid smoke. Roast at 450 degrees for 30 minutes. Mix together all remaining ingredients, bring to a boil and pour over the ribs. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, or until ribs are tender.
