LEMON - DIJON CHICKEN 
Boneless chicken breasts
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon zest
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. parsley
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients except chicken. Place chicken in a non-metallic dish. Add marinade sauce to it. Marinate for 2 to 4 hours in the refrigerator. Grill over medium heat until done.
