PASTA A LA VODKA 
Shallots
Olive oil
Lg. can crushed tomatoes
Fresh basil
Crushed red pepper
Vodka
4 tbsp. heavy cream
Rigatoni

Saute chopped shallots in olive oil. When they are clear, add 1 large can of crushed tomatoes and some fresh basil plus 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add 2 shots of Vodka and 4 tablespoons of heavy cream. Simmer for 2 minutes. Mix with rigatoni.
