BAKED CHICKEN SPAGHETTI 
1 chicken, boiled, cooled, boned & chopped
1 lb. spaghetti
1 chopped onion
1 can chopped mushrooms
1 chopped bell pepper
1 lg. can V-8 juice
Salt & pepper to taste
Curry powder to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated cheese

Cook spaghetti in chicken broth until firm done. Saute onion and bell pepper in butter. Add chicken, onion and pepper to spaghetti. Add V-8 juice, salt, pepper and curry powder. Add cream of mushroom soup and chopped mushrooms. Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees. Add grated cheese to top last 5 minutes of baking.
