1 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese 1 (1 lb.) brick cheese, shredded 1 (1 lb.) pkg. mild Cheddar cheese, shredded 1/2 c. sugar 1 lg. jar pimentos, chopped 2 c. salad dressing Put Velveeta cheese in large bowl, let stand at room temperature for approximately 2 hours or until soft. Mash with fork. Add rest of the cheeses, pimentos, sugar and salad dressing. Serve at room temperature with favorite chips, snack crackers or raw vegetables. |
