FAY'S BEEF STEW 
2 cans Golden Mushroom soup
1 env. dried onion soup mix
2 cans sliced mushrooms
3/4 c. dry sherry
Diced carrots
Chopped onions
About 3 lbs. stewing beef
Garlic
Salt

Brown beef in garlic and salt. Mix soup, mushrooms and sherry. Pour over beef, carrots and onions. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 2 hours.
