1 (28 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained
1 pkg. instant pudding (any flavor)
1 jar cherries, drained
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 container Cool Whip
1/2 c. shredded coconut

Stir all ingredients together except coconut. Put coconut under broiler until lightly browned. Sprinkle over top of dessert.
