EASY CHILI 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 to 3 (15 1/2 oz.) cans kidney beans, drained
1 (32 oz.) can tomato juice
1 (1 3/8 oz.) pkg. dry onion soup mix
3 tbsp. chili powder
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook beef until lightly browned; drain. Combine all ingredients in an electric slow cooker. Cover and cook on low setting 10 to 12 hours or on high 5 to 6 hours. Yield 8 servings.
